Pam’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others lead her to obtaining a South Dakota broker’s license in 2011. She’s been self-employed her entire career and the real estate profession allowed her to help others achieve their real estate goals and grow her own business at the same time.\r\nSince beginning her real estate career, Pam has worked with buyers from across the country relocating to the Black Hills area and families looking for their first home or the next phase of their life. \r\nPam has represented property owners in helping them understand the Rapid City area to market and promote their property to get the right price in the right amount of time. She has also helped investors buy and sell commercial property and has flipped many homes in her career.\r\nPam has achieved the designation of CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI® (Graduate Realtor Institute).
